Weather
July in Kansas City is their warm season. During the warm season, there is a 43% average chance that precipitation will be observed at some point during a given day. Thunderstorms or rain are possible. The temperature ranges from the upper 80’s to low 90’s during the daytime to the upper 60’s overnight. All facilities are air-conditioned, and The Link (an elevated pedestrian walkway) provides weather-protected, lighted access between the Sheraton, the Crown Center Shops, and Union Station.
Translation Services
All worship sessions will have translation services live, in real time, using translation equipment. Please be aware that every effort will be made to create a positive experience for every woman, but Triennial XV is not a fully bilingual event. Please indicate on registration form if you want translation during worship.
Handicap Assistance
Lodging, events, and meals at the Sheraton are in accessible buildings with elevators and lifts enabling movement between floors. Please indicate on the registration form if you require hearing assist device or sign language interpretation. If you are interested in renting a motorized scooter, please contact the Covenant Events office for local rental options.
