Registration Rates

Early: $369 (October 15, 2015 – January 15, 2016)
Regular: $399 (January 16 – April 15th, 2016)
Late/Onsite: $439 (April 16th – July 27, 2016)

Balances need to be paid in full prior to receiving registration materials onsite.

For groups of 10 or more:
If you have a group of ten or more women attending from your church, contact Covenant Events, events(at) for your group discount code to receive $25 off each registration in your group.

PLEASE NOTE these fees do not include housing.


The deadline for scholarship applications has passed, however some scholarships may still be available. Funds are not guaranteed and applications will be considered in the order they are submitted. Please download an application and follow directions on the form. Your pastor or Women Ministries leader should then forward the completed application to Women Ministries, 8303 W Higgins Road, Chicago, Illinois, 60631.

Gift Certificates

Would you like to offer Triennial gift certificates at your church? Or, purchase a gift certificate for someone special? Whether you are managing a number of gift certificates, or just one, print out the certificate below and follow the instructions. Triennial Gift Certificate

If you would like to donate to the general Triennial Scholarship fund, please send checks made out to the ECC to Women Ministries, 8303 West Higgins Road, Chicago, IL 60631. Be sure to send a note or write in the memo section indicating you would like your funds to go into the Triennial Scholarship fund. Thank you!


Cancellation Policy

Triennial registration may be canceled at any time before June 30, 2016, via mail, fax, or email. (Cancellations cannot be accepted over the phone). For canceled accounts with only a $100 deposit paid, there will be no refund. Canceled accounts that are paid in full will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.  No refunds after June 30, 2016, except in case of emergency. Tours will not be refunded at all after July 15 due to reservations requirements.

Substitutions will be accepted provided that the registration and fee paid is the same for the new registrant as the original registrant.
